1. Research Use Only

All products sold by express peps are sold strictly as chemical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Buyer Eligibility

By placing an order you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher or research institution, and are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory research. You are solely responsible for handling, storage, use, and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

3. Orders & Pricing

A $500 minimum order applies. Prices are listed per kit and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on total kit quantity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

5. Shipping

Orders ship after payment clears. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or an order is fulfilled incorrectly. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, express peps is not liable for any misuse of its products or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their purchase or use. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for lawful and safe use.

8. Compliance

The buyer is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
