Are these products for human use?+
No. All products are sold strictly For Research Use Only (RUO) as laboratory reference materials. They are not for human or veterinary use.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes, a $500 minimum order applies. Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off at 10+ kits and 10% off at 20+ kits, based on total kits in your order.
How are products sold?+
Products are sold per kit. Each kit contains 10 sealed vials.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Zelle, CashApp/Venmo, cryptocurrency, and bank wire/ACH. Payment instructions are provided after you place your order.
Do I need an account?+
Yes, an account is required at checkout so we can verify eligibility and manage your orders.
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders ship after payment clears, typically within 1 to 3 business days. Tracked delivery usually arrives within about 7 days.
