Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or an order is fulfilled incorrectly.

If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, reach out and we will work with you on a resolution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days to process.
